PerfectTaq™ Plus DNA Polymerase features 5 PRIME's superior Hot-Start/Cold-Stop™ technology to inhibit the formation of non-specicific products. In combination with the unique PCR buffer specific primer-template annealing is promoted, leading to maximum yield of specific products even when starting from low amounts of template DNA.
The standardized protocol and PCR cycling program proven to work for a large variety of primer-template systems save time for PCR setup. For templates with a high degree of secondary structure or a high GC-content PerfectTaq™ Plus DNA Polymerase is provided with 5P-solution which modifies the melting behavior of DNA to improve amplificaion of difficult templates.
